Gramin Mahila Vikas Sansthan (GMVS) is an organisation working among rural communities in a part of Ajmer district of Rajasthan, India. Its vision is to empower the deprived and vulnerable sections of the community through enhancing their knowledge and awareness, thus providing them sustainable means of growth and development.
Since its formation in the year 1998, the organisation has traversed considerable distance and it has several achievements to its credit. This has been possible only through continued support of funders and individuals. But problems of area are too many. And because of this GMVS is always short of funds. It is here where role of individuals becomes quite important. GMVS appeals to the concerned individuals to financially support part of its activities.
